3.7 Error Handling

The ADS firmware implements an Error Word. The corresponding bit positions for the Error Word are defined as constants. A specific bit position in the Error Word is set via the Set-Error word.

The errors are displayed in the HK5 register (see table 20 on ).

In the RAM-F and RAM-SIO kernels the error messages are printed out to the console.
